I am now on my second 6-month planner from the Daily Page, this thing is my lifesaver!
This planner has both an elegant and subtle design that lends itself very well to people who want to use it to keep notes and schedules and those that want to spruce up and color and doodle all over the pages, too. I use Pilot gel pens and Tombow markers and very very rarely experience any bleed through, which is a rarity for both of those brands. The paper has the perfect weight to it, someone using standard ballpoint pens wouldn't even notice that the paper is a bit stronger for more heavy mediums.
The binding materials are satisfyingly simple and secure. I have been using annual planners for decades and am pleasantly surprised with how well this one holds up, within a week I started bringing my planner everywhere including on interstate train trips and daily metro commutes. The most wear n tear is on the thick covers, and it is so minimal it's barely noticeable. Each page is protected by the strong and slightly larger cover, but the book does not weigh much in my bag compared to my laptop and other books. I appreciate both the design and the simplicity in materials, every component is recyclable or reusable (in the case of the binding wire).
There was an error in my second planner order, and with the quality of the planner itself, I should not have been surprised at how excellent the customer service response from the team was, but it still caught me off guard! Not only did they respond way more promptly than anyone needs to around the holidays, but they took action immediately and remedied the issue.
I am disabled and try to maintain as busy of a social and work life as my health and time allows. Planners are a necessity for deadlines, doctors appointments, med refills, and keeping dates straight. This planner has flexibility for the occasional unpredictable qualities of such a lifestyle, and the longevity that is needed when projecting is needed to increase stability. I cannot recommend this brand enough.
