I am on week 5 of my healthy journey to lower my cholesterol. I love the Classic Daily Page Notepad for several reasons: (1) Ease of use in the kitchen and (2) the visual layout. I use this form to track: the # of daily apples, # of plant servings, ounces of water, what I ate each meal, when I ate each meal, when I took my medication, and exercise (# of steps, miles, minutes). I have also added a daily goal of decluttering for 10 to 15 minutes daily (e.g., sorting and dealing with mail, doing dishes, and cleaning a drawer). This form helps me stay on track and motivated!
